This workshop introduces you to the elements and helps you become familiar with their differing energies. You are guided through each element and encouraged to develop a relationship with the individual characteristics so that you can apply this when working magically as this is of fundamental importance to those on a Pagan path.
There are 'working' breaks during which refreshments will be served but you are asked to bring "food to share" for lunch, or if your needs are such a packed lunch.
